MORE INFO ABOUT TOMORROW/FIRST WEEK

(A bit of a mess with "blogger" this past week. Sorry for the continuous text. It looked gre when I laid it out to begin with!) Hello all and welcome back! I'm very happy to be working with this class for the 3rd (can you believe it?) year!! Pia, Gulnaz (Hanna's 5a replacement) Katarina and I have been planning some exciting and befittingly ambitious projects and units for this term, including a whole unit on World Religions during which we will have the opportunity to visit various places of worship for each respective religion around Stockholm! The following is some important info regarding the first days of classes: Times for the two weeks: Week 34 Tuesday 9:00 to 13:30 Wednesday 8:20 to 15:20 Thursday 8:50 to 15:20 Friday 8:20 to 13:40 Week 35 Monday 8:10 to 15:20 (Idrott this day) Tuesday 8:20 to 13:40 Wednesday 8:20 to 15:20 Thursday 8:50 to 15:00 (Idrott this day) Friday 8:20 to 14:00 The school opens at 8:15 *We have the same class tel. 08-508 44 536, so any absences can be reported this way, by 8:00. Thanks ;) *The kids will get the famous "Johannes Skola Info Pack" the first day of classes, which includes sheets for student info, allergies, photography permission, mödersmål lessons, etc. (Just remember to write your email address clearly) It would be great to have them back by Monday 26/8. *Please note that there is the Parent Meeting on Monday 2/9: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. *I'm attaching a schedule as well as sending one home, (if this blog accepts it. It's acting funny lately) but from experience I know that it may be revised and updated before it is nailed down. I am looking forward to seeing the kids tomorrow! A great year ahead, for sure!
