INFORMATION TO STUDENTS AND PARENTS
IN 6B AT JOHANNES SCHOOL


Rödabergsskolan offers a continuation in bilingual education
from grade 7. The students will receive two or three subjects
in English in addition to the regular English language
education.
We have three grade 7 classes: 7a, a normal Swedish class,
7b (b for bilingual) and 7en, (en for English). 7en is intended
only for students living in Sweden on a temporary basis; e.g.
children of foreign researchers and experts.
In class 7b we take students who are competent in both
Swedish and English. English is supposed to be a mother
tongue and actively used at home.
If a student lives outside Stockholm we need a signed
agreement from that municipality that they will pay the sum
Stockholm asks for a place here. If the other municipality
decides not to pay the entire amount of money to Stockholm
Stad, we cannot admit the child.
Saturday January 31st you are welcome to visit our Open
House, 9.30 – 12.00. You will then have the opportunity to
visit lessons.
At 12.00 this day, you are invited to a meeting in our lunch
room for further information about our school.

from Utbildningsförvaltningen,
no later than Sunday February 15.
