Q 30. The author helps you feel like you are really there by explaining the setting and atmosphere in a very descriptive way,
and gives you information about how the characters feel in different circumstances and situations. Bernard Ashley makes you feel like you know the main character(s) down to the core.
Q 24. The story is told through the perspective of a young boy who has a passion to play football/soccer in his spare time. I think that it makes the book very interesting being told through his perspective,because in his life he has to choose between his mothers depression or his own, and that makes a very good conflict for a story like this.
