Carrie´s War
By: Nina Bowden
I chose to paint this scene, because in book Carrie
mentioned that she and her brother come to the railway to escape the war. I
felt that this scene was away for Carrie to find peace and think about her
fate. The reason I felt that this scene of the book represented peace. Was because
when Nina Bowden described that Carrie felt like everything was going to be
okay and found hope in that peace will come. Another thing I felt this scene represented
was fate because Carrie felt that this was her fate to believe in peace that
will end the war someday. When the war has ended Carrie will live a long and triumphant
life, for the rest of her days breathing.
