ÅTGÄRDSTRAPPEN

Hello All.

This is a simple reminder to all parents of 3E that we are strictly following the Johannes Skola Steps of Action for Misconduct (the Åtgärdstrappen).
These are a series of steps to be followed by J.S. staff when cases of misconduct are chronic regarding a student.
There have, of late, been many problems within 3E regarding respect issues, bullying, lying, changing room issues, violent games, etc. We're all working together to nip this in the proverbial bud.

Here are the steps:

Step 1: A verbal warning is given to the student
Step 2: There is a one to one conversation between the studnet and staff member
Step 3: The parents/gaurdians are contacted
Step 4: There is a request, by the teacher/fritids staff, for a meeting with the parents at school
Step 5: A meeting is held between the parents/guardians, the staff members involved (class teacher, firitids, etc) EHT (Student Health Team), the School Nurse, and the Principal. The student may be asked to attend as well.
Step 6: Social Servies and/or the Police are contacted
