I
long to read more books by the author in interest of her words and the emotion
that is created by how she has set up the words. So for the book is very interesting
and it makes me think how it would feel like to live in a world where there is
a cure for love. The way Lauren Oliver put together her words and described the
life style that Lena live before she came to the wilds and how Alex died behind
the fence the emotion that was created with the words she had used made you
feel like you could start to feel little bit of the emotion being felt inside
of you.
Lauren
Oliver really made me appeal to her words and how some words were really meant
something important in the book such as love cure sickness and she really
detailed love was considered to be a sickness and how they had invented a cure
for it and that after you took the cure love would not existed in your mind or
in the world like it did before. So for example in the book a character is
diagnosed with cancer and taking the cure would probably kill him yet his
father said that he needed to take the cure to survive. In conclusion to this I
really boggle my self-reading this book and how it is written so the book Lauren
Oliver has written is something that very much interests me.
Although
Lauren Oliver’s words have a way of really boggling my mind the life style she
has given her characters is something that is the complete opposite and not a
life I would like to live in. Reason being the life the character Lena had in Portland
was a life where live was a dieses and states that refused to believe that love
was wrong were bombed yet no one was hurt in the process of this but everything
she was told was a lie once she arrived wilds she saw the corps of men woman
and children.
These
are some of the main reasons I would not live in that time or place it would be
uncomfterble and depressed about living almost all my life in a bag of lies. The
way Portland was in the book was horrible and a life there would be lacking
color and happiness within family friends and even their own community. In conclusion
to this I would hate to live a life like the characters in the book. I would
not appreciate it like I appreciate the life am living right here and right now
